  Bad experience. Staff was ok, however the owner is very cheap and providing a little bit of tape to seal my box which opened up on my way to the store was an issue. The associate first pointed at the rack where they sell tape then pointed at a small sign stating that they do not provide tape and stated its independently owned when I questioned about why the two other local ups stores have tape for customers. For a business to cut corners on a measly cost of tape is ridiculous. I took my package to Michigan avenue. I probably spent a little more gas, but he point is the ford road location is not getting my business again. And it would've been a lot more business. The cost of tape I needed would've costed the owner about 1-3 cents. By the way the box I hauled in and out was a 85 pound box in 90 degrees. Thanks Mr. Patel

  They made one attempt to deliver my package. I called them several times, when they did answer the phone, they would tell me the package is out for delivery so I stayed home all day in an attempt to receive it. They never showed nor did they provide a sticker to indicate they made an attempt to deliver the package. I tracked my package again to see if they were in route after waiting on them all day and the updated status said waiting on customer to arrive at store. Really???
