  Tag (plate) renewals are automated, which is nice. I've been going here my whole life, even back when it was by Murray's & Super Bowl, so two stars is my max. I've never seen more than five people working, and three of them are invariably distracted by a group conversation. You can have your insurer email your proof of insurance and use that without a printed copy. Saved you 45 minutes on hold. Now you can just be extorted for the privilege of driving on pothole-riddled roads and not printer ink! YAY!

  Went here after a terrible experience in the Westland SOS. This place is MUCH more efficient. In and out in about 15 minutes (compared to 2 hours in Westland).

  Worst Secretary of State I have ever been too! Poor instructions, extremely long wait, terrible staff. Don't go out to your car to grab something even if you tell a worker they won't let you back in. Even if you have a ticket. Love when the guy said "what would I tell the others" I said tell him I have a ticket and was already here. Even made him go ask the lady I talked too and he still wouldn't let me in. Complete jerks!! Thanks for the awesome bday present SS!!

  Great customer service. They were so kind and helpful when I lost my husband suddenly to a heart attack and we didn't plan anything. They helped me transfer the vehicle walked me through the process. Now you can even wait in line at home and go in when it is almost your turn. This location is the best of the best. I hope they can get an award for their outstanding customer service.
